I bake in small batches and pack once cooled so your brownies arrive ready to enjoy.

Sturdy boxes and protective wrap help keep everything neat from my kitchen to your door.
Tracked UK delivery
I used Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage and can provide tracking details when I post your order so you can follow it all the way home.

Where do you deliver?
I currently post to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 1 business day after dispatch. During peak seasons, it may take a little longer.
How much is postage?
Postage costs are shown at checkout based on your basket. Or you can collect from me (SP5 1RQ) for free!
Can I choose a delivery date?
If you’re sending a gift or ordering for an event, add your preferred date in the order notes at checkout. I’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Can I add delivery instructions?
If your address requires special instructions, include them at checkout.
What if my order is delayed or missing?
If your order hasn’t arrived 2 business days after being dispatched, contact me and I’ll help right away.
Returns & issues FAQs
Because brownies are perishable, returns work a little differently- here’s the simple version.
Do you accept returns?
As a food item, brownies are non-returnable once delivered. If something isn’t right, I’ll make it right, see below.
My brownies arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact me within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the packaging and brownies. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
My order arrived late can I get a refund?
If a delivery delay impacts freshness or an event date, reach out and I’ll review the situation case-by-case.
I entered the wrong address, can you change it?
Contact me as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been posted yet, I can usually update it. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered baking/dispatch, I should be able to cancel it. Message me quickly and I’ll confirm.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, but it’s typically 3–10 business days.
