How quickly do you reply?
Usually within 1 business day (Mon–Thurs).
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been baked/packed yet, I will do my best to help. Contact me with your order number as soon as possible.
Do you offer brownie catering for events?
Yes! Tell us your date, headcount, and any dietary needs, and I’ll suggest the best options.
Where do you deliver?
I deliver across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage.
I have an allergy question—what should I do?
The main allergens for all products can be seen in the relevant product descriptions. If you need further help, email me with the product(s) you’re interested in and the allergy details. I’ll share ingredient info and handling notes. Due to the size of the brownie kitchen, I cannot guarantee that traces of allergens will not be present.
Can I include a gift note?
Absolutely, add your note at checkout, or message me right after ordering and I’ll include it.
