Meet Fi’s Amazing Brownies
In 2020 after years of my friends and family telling me ‘You should sell these!’ Fi’s Amazing Brownies was created. Each box is packed with love and perfect for gifting, everyday treats and events.
My story
From one Facebook post to order 1000 website orders
Fi’s Amazing Brownies started small, taking orders via phone, Facebook messenger and email and hand delivering around the local area. I then expanded into having a website, posting all over the UK (and beyond!), supplying cafes, pubs, shops and other businesses and taking the brownies ‘on the road’ to many events. I had a team of lovely people to help me, including the wonderful Ruth who helped me reach new heights and several awards and commendations before eventually deciding to close down when my husband retired as I needed a break! Today, Fi’s Amazing Brownies is back on a smaller scale, much like how it all started, with me in my kitchen baking, packing and sending each order.
